Sites Engadget has some photos of Motorola's new Android phones. The phone is very similar to the images that have appeared on the Bionic Motorola. But it does say that the phone is not called as Bionic but will be named Droid HD.
Inside is a dual-core processor TI OMAP 4430 1GHz, 1GB RAM, 4.5-inch display, an 8MP camera on the back and also a microUSB port HDMI.
Seen from the figure that there Droid HD running Gingerbread. With a 4.5-inch display is estimated using the QHD screen resolution 1280 x 720. In addition there is also an 8MP camera front camera for video calls.
Engadget HD Droid estimate the thickness in the range 8.5 - 9mm and placed at the level of the Samsung S Galaxy II has a 8.49 mm thick. There has been no official statement from Motorola, but you can look at all the pictures below:
