There are numerous ways to unlock a Honeycomb device, the default options is swipe the center padlock to the outer ring. As the Optimus Pad comes equipped with the vanilla Honeycomb, there are several more options to secure and unlock your LG Optimus Pad. Here how: To use Pattern to unlock

 

1. Go to Settings

2. In Settings, go to Location and Security menu on the left panel

3. Look for Lock Screen and tap Configure lock screen

4. Touch Pattern

5. Draw the desired unlock Pattern (connect at least 4 dots)

6. Redraw the desired Pattern to confirm To use PIN to unlock

3. Look for Lock Screen and tap Configure lock screen

4. Tap on PIN

5. Key in your desired PIN number (minimum 4 numbers)

6. Confirm your PIN number To use Password to unlock

3. Look for Lock Screen and tap Configure lock screen

4. Touch Password

5. Key in your desired Password (minimum four characters, can include mixture alphanumerical sequences)

6. Confirm your Password
