Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 preview
Samsung unveiled its latest Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 at IFA 2011 in Berlin. This is the fourth Android tablet introduced the Korean company. With the 7.7-inch tablet, it seems that Samsung is committed to deliver tablets with all sizes for the consumers.
It has a 7.7-inch Super AMOLED plus display with WXGA resolution (1280 x 800), the very same display panel technology that is found in the Samsung Galaxy S II smartphone. Measuring at 196.7 x 133 x 7.89mm and weighs 335g, Samsung retains the sleek and light design in the Galaxy Tab 7.7.
The 7.7-inch tablet is powered by Samsung's 1.4GHz dual-core processor, the same processor that is used in the Samsung Galaxy Note. The tablet will be running on Android version 3.2 (Honeycomb) with Samsung TouchWiz UX skinning.
Similar to the Samsung's 10-inch tablet, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a 3-megapixel camera with LED flash at back and a 2-megapixel front facing camera. Connectivity-wise, it supports LTE and HSPA+, WiFi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 and GPS. It is packed with a 5100mAh battery.
