COMPLAINT HANDLER
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years work experienced related with this job position
  • Preferable from Automotive business (as Service Advisor)
  • Bachelor of Any Major with min GP 2.75
  • Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, good communication skill, and customer service oriented
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE SERVICE (MT-SVC)
Responsibilities :
  • This specific program is aimed to project trainees to the position of Workshop Supervisor. Workshop Supervisors are in charge of managing a workshop’s performance at a Daihatsu branch.
  • In this program, trainees will participate in various On the Job Trainings (OJT) at Daihatsu Head Office and obtain experience as mechanics, Service Advisors, and Foremen. Trainees will then be positioned as an Acting Workshop Supervisor in one of our many workshops. Trainees will also receive various training programs and be assigned an improvement project, which will then be evaluated. The evaluation will be used to determine whether trainees will become full time employees as Workshop Supervisors.
Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor degree with min. GPA 2.75 from Engineering (Electrical, Machine, Industrial)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Candidates must possess leadership potential, strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn about basic technical knowledge & workshop management, and high interest in automotive business.
  • Willing to be stationed throughout Indonesia
MT ADMINISTRATION HEAD (MT-ADH)
Responsibilities :
  • This specific program is aimed to project trainees to the position of Administration Head. Administration Heads are in charge of managing the financial performance of a Daihatsu branch, along with various internal processes such as customer satisfaction, general affairs, and employee services . Administration Heads are also in charge of overseeing a group of administration employees.
  • In this program, trainees will participate in various On the Job Trainings (OJT) at Daihatsu Head Office and obtain experience as administration employees. Trainees will then be positioned as an Acting Administration Head in one of our many branches. Trainees will also receive various training programs and be assigned an improvement project, which will then be evaluated. The evaluation will be used to determine whether trainees will become full time employees as Administration Heads.
Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor degree with min. GPA 2.75 from Computerized Accounting / Financial Management (MT ADH)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Candidates must possess leadership potential, strong communication skills, a detailed & systematic approach towards tasks, multitasking abilities, good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be stationed throughout Indonesia
MT SALES SUPERVISOR (MT-SS)
Responsibilities :
  • This specific program is aimed to project trainees to the position of Sales Supervisor. Sales Supervisors lead a branch’s sales team to achieve its sales target.
  • In this program, trainees will participate in various On the Job Trainings (OJT) at Daihatsu Head Office and obtain experience as sales. Trainees will then be positioned as an Acting Sales Supervisor in one of our many branches. Trainees will also receive various training programs and be assigned an improvement project, which will then be evaluated. The evaluation will be used to determine whether trainees will become full time employees as Sales Supervisors.
  • Sales Supervisors are entitled to various attractive incentives, which include regular incentives, leasing incentives, and contest incentives. High achieving Supervisors also get a chance to win a yearly trip overseas. Career-wise, Supervisors are entitled for promotion to Branch Manager, then Regional Manager.
