If the previous German courts or the so-called Dusseldorf Court decided to block the marketing and sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 throughout the European Union countries, now that decision has been rectified. Samsung's tablet blocking it now only applies in Germany alone.
According to a Reuters report, Dusseldorf Court changed its decision because the court was not convinced they have the authority to make decisions that apply to the entire European Union.
And this is a victory pihask Samsung who filed an objection concerning the court's decision on a lawsuit filed by Apple. Revision of the court's decision also means that the Galaxy could be marketed at 10.1 all EU countries except Germany.
Earlier the court decided to block the EU countries, except for the Netherlands because the image GTab 10.1 Apple filed as evidence in court is considered inaccurate, as shown in the picture below:
