Do not want to be a victim of Apple, HTC is now suing back. In the county court of Delaware, United States, the HTC filed suit against Apple, which contains the indictment of three patents owned suspected in almost all Apple products.
HTC's first sued Apple in March 2010 that contains two copyright infringement as well as a complaint directed at the international trade commission (ITC) which mentions the existence of 20 separate patents.
What do Apple's HTC could be seen as an effort to combat the Android Apple, because Apple is in fact not only sued the HTC but also Samsung and Motorola. All three are known is a manufacturer of mobile phone / tablet Android's success through Google's OS. But so far Apple is not directly sue Google. But perhaps there will be another story after Google bought Motorola three days ago (Aug. 15). In the case of HTC, the company said the patent portofilo ready to defend their property.
One lawsuit against Apple HTC is the integration of PDAs with wireless communication in the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. Basically, if the processor is connected to the basebad A4 processor using two serial connections which simultaneously transmit certain information and audio digital signals, then most likely Apple is guilty of patent infringement which dituduhan HTC's.
Two other patent is a method of wireless communications and implementation of WiFi systems. HTC says that all computers and mobile devices made by Apple violates two patents.
Though HTC has filed a lawsuit but it seems Apple has the upper hand. Until now, Apple still has 28 patent lawsuit against HTC as HTC fight with only three patents. HTC to be able to negotiate the possibility is very small.
