It is more dual-SIM going head to head this week, and we will be pitting the Nokia C2-03 against the Samsung C3322, to see which one has more bang for your hard-earned bucks. You can immediately tell them apart - the Nokia C2-03 is a slider phone, with a slide out keypad, while the Samsung C3322 is a standard candybar design.
The Samsung C3322 is 25 grams lighter than the 115 grams Nokia C2-03, and 3mm thinner compared to the Nokia C2-03 as well.
As for the screen, the Nokia comes with a 2.6-inch resistive TFT screen displaying 240 x 360 pixels, on the other hand the Samsung C3322 does not have a touchscreen, but instead it comes with a 2.2-inch TFT screen which displays 240 x 360 pixels. Furthermore, the Nokia C2-03 has handwriting recognition.
Samsung C3322 runs on the company's proprietary operating system furnished with the AccuWeather widget. On the Nokia C2-03, the device is powered by the updated Symbian Anna operating system. The Anna comes with a faster browser, improved text input, new icons and the latest version of Ovi. Even though both are budget phones, they both support push email.
As for connectivity, both are dual-SIM phones with dual standby functionality, meaning both SIM cards are connected to the network at the same time. Both phones comes with other basic connectivity options too - GRPS, EDGE and Bluetooth 2.1 functionality. Nokia has 10MB internal memory with a microSD slot expandable to 32GB, and the Samsung C3322 has 45MB internal memory but it is only expandable up to 16GB.
Unsurprisingly, both devices come two-megapixel imagers capable of shooting 1600 x 1200 pixels, and records VGA videos but both devices do not come with front-facing cameras.
There is a whopping 41 percent difference between the Nokia C2-03 which is estimated to be priced at RM324 and Samsung C3322 which priced at RM229.
If you are opting for a budget feature phone, the obvious choice is the Samsung C3322, which is RM95 cheaper than its competition but features basic functionality. On the other hand, the C2-03 is sleeker with its slider form factor and is armed with a few more features, like the Symbian Anna operating system as well as 2.6-inch touchscreen. You have to fork out a few extra Ringgit for the device, but aside from its basic functions, Nokia threw in a few more features to keep you interested.

Nokia's C2-03 is Nokia’s third Touch and Type phone with dual-SIM functionality, that is capable of remember the settings for five separate cards. Powered by the updated Symbian Anna, the C2-03 comes equipped with a touchscreen and a slide-out keypad. The Easy Swap feature allows you to open the slot on the side of the phone and simply insert your new SIM, with no need to reboot. With a slider form factor, the Nokia C2-03 comes with a 2-megapixel camera, and is retailed at 77 euros.
Samsung C3322 (RM229)

Samsung's C3322 is another addition to the Samsung Duos catalogue, as seen by its dual-SIM functionality. It is a budget candybar phone powered by Samsung's proprietary OS and is equipped with a 2.2-inch display, a 2.0 megapixel camera and microSD slot. There are a few more features like the AccuWeather widget, Bluetooth 2.1 and EDGE connectivity. The phone was released back in April and retails for RM229.
