You can visit Flash website using the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. By default, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 disable plug-ins, and view Flash content, you need to turn it on by: 

1. Launch the stock browser 

2. Go to Settings

 

3. Select Advanced

 

4. Tap on Enable Plug-ins

 

5. Select On Demand

or Always On

 

Note: Under On Demand

setting, you will see the Flash content will appear as a download icon, tap it to view the Flash content 

6. Start surfing Flash sites
