North Korea Nuclear Bomb Can Production One year

Pyongyang - North Korea's ability to (North Korea) to develop nuclear weapons have no doubt. Even communist countries were able to produce a nuclear bomb within a year.

That's why the U.S. government (the U.S.) should consider doing high-level meeting in order to ease the tension surrounding North Korea's nuclear program.

It was announced by former U.S. Defense Secretary William Perry in an interview with Japanese newspaper, Nikkei and reported by news agency AFP on Wednesday (12/29/2010).

"If North Korea dedicate all uranium enrichment facility recently dibeberkannya to make weapons, North Korea could produce one nuclear bomb a year," said Perry.

According to Perry, Washington also has to coordinate policies with the governments of Japan and South Korea (ROK). After that slowly the U.S. must send a special envoy for direct talks with Pyongyang.

Perry said the former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright and former U.S. senator Sam Nunn are candidates for the talks. Sam Nunn is an expert on nuclear weapons reduction.
